30 Day - Damage Replacement/Warranty Policy

Replacement/Warranty  - If your item is damaged within the 30 days of delivery we will gladly replace your item and send you another.** (Replacement of original item and original size only)

**Requirements for Claiming your warranty   - An image of the damaged item is required to claim your replacement in addition to your order being within the 30 days from your delivery date. The must be returned and received before the replacement is shipped out. 

Due to high volume orders we cannot always guarantee the size or item you will need to replace will be available.

**If an item damaged in shipment we will send you a shipping label and replace the damaged item*

 

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

We do not offer money back refunds or cancellations of orders.

We cannot change the form of payment after purchase.

Item damaged? We offer a 30day damage replacement warranty. ( Please check our Replacement/damage policy above ).

Wrong size or item? We are not responsible for wrong size or item on the customer end. Customer is responsible for making sure they are ordering the correct size, Color, type etc.

We do not offer Exchanges. Sorry.

U.S. Shipping Policy

U.S. orders over $100 receive automatic free shipping

Shipping fees are calculated by your location and the shipping carrier.

Additional Re-shipping fees for domestic return orders $5.99. These include packages that are Return to sender or Insufficient address.

We cannot change an address that is already in transit.

We cannot Forward packages or ship to forwarding addresses.

 

Shipping Timeline

All orders will ship out/process

2-3 business days after purchase.

The 2-3 business day processing timeline does not count for shipping timeline.

We have two locations. Timelines will be listed in product description

Shipping times are 15-25 Days after payment has settled and shipping label has been created and shipped.

**Please be advised - Shipping times may vary due to COVID-19 postal service delays - These delays are out of our control and we will do our best to stay updated with unexpected changes.

International Shipping Policy

All orders will ship out/process 2-3 business days after purchase.

Additional Re-shipping fees (Based on location) for orders that are returned to us for the following reasons. These include packages that are Return to sender,  Insufficient address, unpaid customs and etc. 

Customs Fees are based on your location and local government, We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged a custom fee.
